Wireless Central, LLC has been a National Agent for U.S. Cellular, since November of
2002. We are based out of Westmont, Illinois, and have 32 stores in the Chicagoland
area, seven in the Iowa market and three in our Indiana market. We have over 150
employees serving our customers throughout the Midwest.
The goal of Wireless Central and U.S. Cellular is to deliver the “Ideal Customer
Experience” each and every time. Our philosophies parallel each other and focus on
customer satisfaction, and retention. As we continue to grow together, Wireless Central
has become one of the leading agents for U.S. Cellular.
Paul Backe and Ed Garcia own Wireless Central, and have a combined total of over 38
years experience in the wireless industry. Both Paul and Ed started from the ground floor
up, and have taken Wireless Central to the top of the U.S. Cellular ranks:
- Wireless Central is one of a select few agents who have achieved and maintained
Platinum Certification through U.S. Cellular.
- In addition to our Exclusive locations, we manage more than 60 points of indirect
distribution for U.S. Cellular.
- Most of our locations have been approved to be official U.S. Cellular Cash
Payment locations.
Over the years, we have opened and maintained many relationships with industry leaders
such as Motorola, LG, Offwire, Tessco, and Citibank. Wireless Central is financially
